When you use the drafting tool, the information you enter (prospect name, company, trigger details, pain points, etc.) is sent to Anthropic's API to generate message drafts. This data is transmitted in real time and is not stored on Salesy's servers.
Salesy is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Draft inputs you enter are sent to Anthropic's servers to generate outputs. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their AI models by default. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:
We retain your email address and account information for as long as your account is active. Draft inputs are not retained. They are processed in real time and discarded. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@getsalesy.io.
We use a single localStorage entry in your browser to track whether you've used your free draft. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Our analytics tool (Plausible) is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Email hello@getsalesy.io and we'll respond within 48 hours.
We'll notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy. Continued use of Salesy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By using Salesy, you agree to these terms. The short version: use it honestly, don't misuse it, and we're not responsible for how you use the output.
By accessing or using Salesy.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Salesy is an AI-powered sales outreach drafting tool. It generates message drafts based on information you provide. Salesy does not send messages on your behalf, all sending is done manually by you.
You agree not to use Salesy to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You are solely responsible for the outreach messages you send. Salesy generates drafts, you review, edit, and send them. We are not responsible for the content of messages sent to third parties or for any outcomes resulting from your outreach.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but if you have an issue, email us and we'll work something out.
The Free plan includes 5 draft runs per calendar month, each run generates 3 message variants. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with 30 days notice.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Salesy depends on Anthropic's API, any downtime on their end may affect the service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
The message drafts generated by Salesy are yours to use. Salesy's software, design, and branding are owned by Salesy, Inc. You may not copy or redistribute the platform itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salesy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Salesy, Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.

All drafting inputs are transmitted directly to Anthropic's API, a response is returned, and the data is discarded. Nothing is logged, cached, or retained on Salesy's infrastructure at any point in that process.
Salesy uses Anthropic's Claude API. Under Anthropic's API usage policy, inputs submitted via the API are not used to train Anthropic's AI models by default. This applies to all data entered into Salesy's drafting tool.

This data exists only in the user's browser and is not transmitted to Salesy. Users can clear it at any time by clearing their browser data.
If you discover a security vulnerability in Salesy, please report it responsibly to hello@getsalesy.io. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a resolution timeline within 72 hours.
